4. Booking and Appointments

Booking Policy:

  • Appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by phone
  • You will receive a detailed confirmation email with appointment details and invoice
  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment
  • Bring a copy of your booking confirmation email to your appointment

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by phone or email
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a 50% charge
  • No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee
  • Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Payment is collected at the salon after your treatment is completed.
